Green Thumb Farms is a quality grower and shipper of potatoes. Grown in the Mount Washington Valley, this location provides Greeen Thumb Farms unique climatic conditions that enable them to be the first to offer new Maine potatoes in August. Computer controlled storage provides optimum conditions for winter storage.
Native Maine offers, year round, Green Thumb Chef's Potatoes, guaranteed to fry light and not have a hollow heart. With a 3" minimum, Green Thumb Chef's are superior potatoes. We also offer Maine russets in various "count" size cases and Red A's & B's in 50# bags during the in-season.
